+ Where will our family portrait session take place?

I shoot all my portrait sessions on location around the Harrogate district. You are welcome to choose the location of your photo shoot but if you are stuck for ideas I can give you some suggestions and help you decide. I am lucky to have so many beautiful places on my doorstep and so I am never short for ideas.

+ How long is a photo session?

My sessions last 1 hour. I find that 1 hour is the perfect amount of time to explore an area and get a variety or lots of beautiful photographs.

+ What should we wear?

This is totally up to you but I find plain-coloured, simple clothes work best. You want to be comfortable and feel natural in what you've chosen to wear so something you'd wear day to day is fine. Photos always look great if your family's outfits match or compliment each other too.

+ How do I book a shoot?

+ Who are your portrait shoots for?

Anyone and everyone. I do family portrait shoots, maternity shoots, newborn shoots, couple shoots and more! Get in touch and we can discuss your unique requirements.

+ How do we choose which photographs we would like?

I will upload a viewing gallery on to my website within 2 weeks of your shoot so that you can have a look through. You can then choose which images you would like as part of your package and are welcome to order more digital images, photo prints and canvases.

+ Can we bring our dog to the photo session?

Absolutely! I love dogs! I just ask that you bring them on a lead and that they are trained to sit and respond to basic instructions. We can do some photos with and some without.

+ Can I book session for a friend as a present?

Of course - you can buy a voucher for a friend and then your friend can book their session once they receive the voucher.

+ Do you require a deposit?

Yes. I ask for 50% upon booking and the final payment to be made no later than the day before the shoot.
